Returns
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item (support@imcasefl.com) to request a return.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Customized / Personalized products (with added text or selected artwork) are non-returnable, but you may contact us to request a special discount if needed.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference, incorrect model selection, or any non-quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
