IMCASE Shipping Policy

At IMCASE, we are committed to delivering a personalized and premium shopping experience. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and printing before shipment. Kindly note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $25 USD.

Shipping Warehouses

Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA. As the IMCASE product line continues to expand, we have also established additional warehouses in other countries to fulfill selected products more efficiently.

Please note that certain orders may experience delays beyond the standard delivery timeframe. If your package is delayed, kindly allow an additional 4–8 business days beyond the estimated shipping time.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for every order. Once your package has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email within 2–3 business days.

Customs & Duties

All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by IMCASE. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you will pay — no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Delivery Notice

In some cases, packages may not be delivered directly to the recipient’s address due to local delivery restrictions. The package may instead be held at a local post office or pickup location, and customer cooperation may be required for collection.
