Return Policy

 

We understand that your IMCASE product is not just a purchase but a piece of your unique story, carefully crafted to reflect your individuality. Due to the personalized nature of our cases, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. As such, we have a tailored return policy for all items.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at support@imcasefl.com. Returns should be sent to: 14730 Porter Road, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, United States. 

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt, and promptly notify us if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the incorrect item. We are committed to evaluating the issue and ensuring it is resolved to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

All of our products are one of a kind and have been made just for you, even if they don't have a name on them. We make our cases by hand, one by one,  yes, we don't mass-produce cases. 

Our customisation process involves a bit of re-layout and design, printing, and then carefully pasting on the model by hand.

We'll do our very best to make sure you're happy with your purchase, but we can't accept or process any exchanges or refunds unless there's a manufacturing defect or a wrong item.

Exchanges: For all items, the most efficient way to secure the product you desire is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to product quality or the wrong item, IMCASE will bear the shipping costs. In cases of subjective dislike by the customer, or if the customer hasn't ordered the right size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please be mindful that the time required for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund may vary. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return, feel free to contact us at support@imcasefl.com for further assistance. Your satisfaction is our priority at IMCASE.
