Because many of our cases are handmade and personalized, we’ve created a return policy designed to ensure fairness and satisfaction for every customer.
1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@imcasefl.com.

2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because all of our cases are handcrafted one by one and often customized, the following conditions apply:

Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was received.

Our customization process includes design layout, printing, and careful hand assembly — each product is made specifically for you.
We always strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you directly.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like a different product, the best approach is to:

Return the original item following the steps above.

Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
5. Shipping Costs

IMCASE covers the shipping cost if the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item.

For returns due to personal preference or incorrect size/model selection, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@imcasefl.com.
